Nature of the service and its limitations
This platform provides an AI-powered investment research assistant designed to help private investors organise their thinking, examine assumptions, compare scenarios, and develop more informed views about market information. The service is provided for research and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of regulated advice as defined under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or any other applicable legislation. Nothing produced by the assistant should be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision without independent verification and, where appropriate, consultation with a qualified financial adviser.
The platform does not execute transactions of any kind. It has no connection to any trading account, brokerage service, or investment platform. Any action you take in relation to your investments as a result of using this platform is taken entirely at your own discretion and at your own risk. The operator of this platform accepts no liability for any investment decision made by a user, whether or not that decision was informed by the use of the platform.
Acceptable use of the platform
By using this platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended function as an investment research tool. Intellectual property and governing law
All content on this platform, including text, design, software, and the outputs generated by the research assistant, is the intellectual property of the platform operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may use the outputs of the research assistant for your own personal investment research purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without our prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
